Sippin on Some Salvation Style

Once again, Double B (my mom) strikes it big at the Salvation Army store! What was once a pretty ugly laminate clunker gets turned into a super swanky mini bar/buffet. Chec-chec-check it out here:

And about 2 months and as many temper tantrums later:

Did we stop there? OH NOOOO we didn’t! A custom mix of Annie Sloan’s Graphite and Aubusson on the outside and straight up Graphite on the inside turned this piece from shabby to chic!

We finished this puppy up on Sunday, I listed him on CL Monday AM and it was sold by this morning! A personal record! When we were styling it for the shoot, I told Double B that most definitely a dude would be the buyer, I was right! Could you picture Don Draper leaning over this while mixing you up a martini? I could… but don’t tell my husband ;)
