good morning! I’ve had this dresser set for quite awhile now. I picked it up with the pink ombre desk from a lady who was liquidating her mother’s estate. Both were in OK shape but had some cracking in the veneer. Here’s a look at them in my shop:
DSC_0001 DSC_0002I spent awhile trying to decide my plan of attack for these. I knew I wanted to call out the awesome inlay so I thought maybe a two tone paint job would do it. Meh, it wasn’t working. Then I saw THIS on Pinterest:

...and just knew I needed to find a patterned paper. I hit the jackpot on Ballard Design’s site right after Christmas. The old english document print was JUST what I was looking for.

These pieces are so, so awesome. They might look petite, but they hold SO much. I had Jeff’s clothes in them temporarily when we first moved and when I went to move everything into a newer set, I was so surprised that I came up 3 drawers worth of space short! Here’s how they look today:
